TPO waterproofing membrane is a new, environmentally friendly polymer waterproofing material. It utilizes state-of-the-art polymer production technology to produce a polymer blend of PP, PE, and EPR.
This material is not a simple blend, but rather a uniformly distributed continuous copolymer phase, exhibiting a range of unique properties, including high elasticity, tensile strength, and a good thermal welding temperature range.
Composed of carbon and hydrogen atoms, TPO has minimal environmental impact; it is flexible at low temperatures; offers long-term dimensional stability; and is recyclable at any point in its use. It can be adjusted to any color, creating an aesthetically pleasing aesthetic. Its white surface also reflects sunlight, achieving energy savings.
TPO waterproofing membrane consists of a TPO top layer, a base layer, and a middle layer (reinforcement fiber). Currently, the primary reinforcement fiber is woven PET fabric. The combination of TPO and reinforcement fiber provides high tear strength and puncture resistance, meeting the material performance requirements for mechanical installation.

5. It offers high breaking and tear strength, and strong root penetration resistance.
6. Available in white or light colors, it offers high sunlight reflectivity, energy savings, and reduces the urban heat island effect.
